The project involved drawing up a Programme of Requirements, explanatory notes and detailed architectural drawings. To this end, research was conducted into various construction methods and materials, based on professional literature and other technical sources.

Based on this research, two architectural variants were developed. The first option consists of an office building with a curtain wall and hollow core slabs, combined with a storage warehouse with cavity walls and a warm flat roof. The second option mainly uses cavity walls and alternative floor and roof constructions.
 

After comparing both variants, the first option appears to best meet the client's wishes, partly because of its appearance and more efficient construction time.
