Building physics calculations were then carried out, including surface areas, RC and U values. An analysis was also made of the temperature gradient in the cavity wall and the current situation regarding heating and ventilation, including ventilation flow in the house. In addition, a digital BENG calculation was carried out to assess the energy performance of the house.
 

Based on these analyses, a sustainability proposal was drawn up with measures for insulation, window frames, glazing and the heating system. The proposed modifications were supported by new calculations and installation drawings, which included the piping and ventilation layout of the home.
