Due to the limited space at the construction site, a combination of traditional and industrial construction methods was chosen, using prefabricated elements alongside structures built on site. The project plan details the most important phases of work preparation, implementation and completion, including planning, team organisation and task allocation.
 

In addition, attention was paid to site layout, temporary facilities and installations necessary for efficient execution. Safety and quality play an important role in this, supported by a health and safety plan, risk assessments and inspection plans to ensure the progress, safety and quality of the project.
