Innovative Construction Portfolio
Welcome to my portfolio. Here you can find a selection of my work and the projects I have completed.
For this project, a repurposing proposal was developed for the historic Pakhuis Santos, a monumental warehouse dating from 1901. The aim of the assignment was to investigate a new function for the building and to draw up a management plan for a period of ten years.
For this project, a BIM model was developed for a new family home to be built for the Monsengo family. The aim of the report was to develop the design digitally and check whether it meets the quality requirements set during the final design phase.
With this portfolio, I provide a substantiated account of my professional development as a future civil engineer and demonstrate that I have mastered the required competencies at the final level. Check more about my work here.
For this assignment, sustainability advice was drawn up for an existing corner house at Dorpsdijk 181 in Rhoon. As no building plans were available from the municipality, the house was first measured and photographed on site. Based on this, new digital floor plans were created.
An implementation and organisational plan has been drawn up for this project for the construction of a nine-storey apartment complex with 28 luxury homes on Stadhoudersplantsoen in The Hague. The report describes the entire construction process, from work preparation to completion.
Commissioned by a national scientific research institute, I designed a library and pavilion for the institute's grounds. This project encompassed the entire design process: from analysis of the Programme of Requirements and location to concept development and final design.
A technical design was developed for Metropolis Packaging for a new office building with storage warehouse. The client requested a design that would match a reference building and meet specific functional and architectural requirements.
In this project is investigated how an existing, poorly insulated home could be made more energy efficient. The report follows on from earlier advice and focuses primarily on the construction of the home, including the foundations, façade and roof.
